We use a small number of providers that act as processors on our behalf, primarily: Cloudflare (site hosting and delivery) and our email provider (to reply to your messages). We may also disclose data where required by law.
International transfers
Cloudflare may process data in the US and other countries. For UK/EEA transfers we rely on [an adequacy decision / the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework / Standard Contractual Clauses, whichever applies]; details are available on request via the contact page.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact page. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect preferences such as language and theme.
Children
This site is aimed at professionals and institutions, not children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Blockchain & anchoring
Cryptographic anchoring currently runs on Arbitrum Sepolia (testnet); migration to Arbitrum One (mainnet) is planned for Q3 2026. PDF certificates and the Evidence Continuity Index are independent of the blockchain network used. Anchors are designed not to include document content. They record cryptographic hashes and related transaction metadata. In most cases these hashes are not intended to identify individuals, but hashes may be treated as personal data where they can be linked with other information or where the underlying document is guessable. We therefore treat anchoring metadata as privacy-relevant and minimise what is anchored.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves or legal requirements change. The current version, with its update date, will always be posted here. Last updated: 3 July 2026.
