1. About this Site
The Site is an informational and marketing resource describing Rights Continuity and VERIDEX Alethia. It does not itself provide the VERIDEX product or service. Access to the product is offered only to design partners under a separate written agreement and confidentiality terms. Information on the Site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
2. Not advice, not an offer
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, regulatory or investment advice, and nothing on it is an offer, recommendation or solicitation of any security, product or service in any jurisdiction. You should obtain your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here.
3. The VERIDEX perimeter
VERIDEX preserves and makes evidence reviewable. It does not determine legal validity or legal effect, does not certify compliance, is not a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP), does not create or certify electronic transferable records, is not an oracle or tokenization platform, is not a source of public faith, and is not a fraud detector. See our Compliance & perimeter page. Statements on the Site about capabilities are subject to the maturity modes described there.

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or in breach of these terms; attempt to gain unauthorised access
to the Site or its systems; interfere with its operation or security; scrape, harvest or bulk-download

5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content - text, graphics, logos, the VERIDEX and VERIDEX Alethia names and marks, and the design system - are owned by VERIDEX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent. Third-party names and standards referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
6. Third-party links and references
The Site may link to, or reference, third-party sites, standards, regulations and cases. These are provided for information only; we do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a reference is not an endorsement, affiliation or claim of compliance, equivalence or recognition.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERIDEX and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
